Since 2023, our founder has built custom AI tools for companies — experiencing firsthand how AI transforms the way businesses operate. As a solo entrepreneur, they saw what was possible: AI handling the repetitive, time-consuming work while they focused on what actually mattered. But this kind of technology was reserved for companies with big budgets and entire IT departments.
Then came the question that started everything: if AI can transform my work, what could it do for an HVAC business owner who's elbow-deep in a pipe repair while their phone rings unanswered? That missed call is a lost job — and trades businesses lose thousands of euros every year to calls they simply can't answer. Priovox exists to close that gap. Not to replace anyone, but to handle the everyday calls and routine tasks so tradespeople can focus on their craft and the work that earns them money.
